Exchanges + Returns

Our aim is to provide you with inheritable products that can be passed down from generation to generation, however, should you feel that the for some reason the product is not quite what you expected you are welcome to contact us. After you have received the item you have two weeks to decide if you would like to rather swap the item or receive store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the courier fee if delivery was included in your purchase.

THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE ARE:

  • Any Custom-made jewellery
  • Special Orders
  • Items with custom engraving
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any products bought on sale
  • Broken Chains

NOTE
Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.

We would recommend that if you are considering to return the item to contact us as soon as possible as to avoid missing the two week exchange period.
Courier cost for the exchange is not included and you will, therefore, be charged for any delivery fee.

We do not except any items sent to the South African post office. Door-door services are prefered so we recommend you contact your nearest registered courier company. You can also ask us to arrange the courier pickup for you at cost and a small admin fee of R30 one-way.Keep in mind that some items are delicate and if not properly taken care of can damage easily. Therefore, unfortunately, chains are not returnable unless in unworn condition. Contact us to find out the current replacement fee for the specific chain.
